My question is , What's the past & participle form of the verbs " is & can"?

Verb: Be

Present: am, is, are
Past: was, were
Past participle: been


Modal verbs are defective. They do not have participles. Sometimes "could" is used as the past of "can," but is is not the same relation as the lexical verbs.
