Is vs HAS
1 The program we set up is almost finished compiling./has almost finished compiling.
What is the difference between these 2 sentences?
2 The people that stock up the shelves always change the products place./ the product always changes place.

Hi, 1. I think these two are the same-- is finished and has finished say the same thing. Maybe is finished would be preferred.
