Is this usage of 'the' acceptable?

00 Is the underlined 'the' correctly used in that the context of the speech allows the people in the auditorium to think of the same change which is the only change that will bring the situational changes for the poor friend of mine and thus, the usage is correct eventhough 'the' is used for the first time and the writing doesn't show the specificity explicitly? 0-

0 The usage of 01 i 00 the 02 i 00 is not acceptable there. 05 0 00 It's the first time you mention anything about change, so there's no preceding use to which 01 i 00 the change 02 i 00 could refer. 02 i 00 , then the 01 i 00 the 02 i 00 should probably not be there.
