Is this sentence correct?

To join an organization where i can contribute my skills as a software professional as well as learn new technologies and implement them for the betterment of the organization.

I understand what you mean, but I think your sentence is grammatically wrong. "my skills" is something, and "a software professional" is someone. You can't compare them.

"as well as" is an adverb, so you need a subject ( as well as I can learn ...) in this case.
