Although it wasn't her intention to make me feel like I had to speak fast, the fact that she kept saying 'okay' at the end of each of my sentences made me feel like she was impatiently waiting for me to finish speaking.

It is almost perfect. Although it wasn't her intention to make me feel as if I had to speak fast, the fact that she kept saying 'okay" at the end of each of my sentences made me feel as if she was impatiently waiting for me to finish speaking. A simple rule to remember: "Like" must be followed by a noun.
