Is this grammartically correct for a question sentence?

Is this grammartically correct for the question sentence as below?
If I have the right answer in my that Euro 2012 is the 14th Euro football championship.

Q: What number of tournaments is Euro 2012?
A: It is the 14th Euro football championship.
