Is this email written correctly

Dear Sir/Madam,

I received an email from you earlier this week that you will terminate my university account beginning of the next month since I already graduated. I am writing to ask if there is any possibility that you can postpone this action. The reason is that I am regularly using this email address for my job and PhD applications and I have given this email address to my potential employers.

So, I am expecting to receive an email from them directly to my university email account. In addition, I usually download the scientific articles by using username and password which is the same as my email account. If you terminate my email account then I am not able to download the articles any longer.

Therefore, I would like to request if you could not terminate my account at the moment? I am on the urgent needs to use this account regarding my job applications and getting articles.
