Is this correct?Please help
_"I am going to sleep and If you guys are not eating at home then keep all the food in the fridge."(is this correct) or what would be the appropriate sentence ?

It's correct, but it's an unusual thing to say. Are you worried that they'll take all your food out of the fridge and then go out to eat?

No my parents went to meet their friends and I cooked food for them and I left it in the kitchen counter if they will be back they'll eat themselves because I had to sleep.
