Is this correct? Please help!
If I am frying kebabs and I am turning the sides after a minute. Can I say like this"turn the sides accordingly ".( I need to mention the recipe on my video description)

I think you need to revise it. You're turning the kebabs, not just the sides. And "accordingly" doesn't seem to mean anything.
