Is this correct?
"We wanted to sell a ship, but it has been damaged badly after it crashed into a rock. However, I don't think it stays this way for a long time, because I think it's going to be fixed soon and probably will be available for sale soon."

Which would be grammatically correct? 1st or 2nd?
