Is this correct?

If someone sends you a message saying, "Hey, can you follow me on Twitter?", can you say, "Fine... (Grudgingly accepts)"?

You could say "yeah, I guess so" if you want to show reluctance.

By writing "Yeah, I guess so.", you would imply that you're reluctant to follow them.

Your being reluctant is what they would infer from such a response.

And many other thIngs.

But the person didn't make an offer so there is nothing to accept.
