Is the passage correct?
As usual, I have doubts as per the below passage grammar and style. I appreciate any advice. Thanks!

The best thing about it is that it requires no involvement from your side.

Stable regular income is better than one time commission “jackpots” from rents; at least if you intend to be in the business for a long time. Still, no involvement from your side is needed. You may clean your teeth, sleep, eat, do whatever you want to do; Internet makes no difference when to accept payments from eager property owners to your online account.
