Yesterday, I chanced on something that puzzles me much. It was the machine of my company. Something went wrong, and the error message displayed on the screen "Unexpected Error is occured..."
Nornally, I shall tell that this is an incorrect sentence definitely. But, the company I'm working for is a very large company. I can't imagine such an obvious mistake can happen in so big an enterprise. Now, I'm very confused. I need your help on this problem. Is this sentence right or wrong? Thank you!
BTW: I can google some of this useage, although not too much.

It should be: 'Unexpected error has occurred' ... and note the correct spelling of 'occurred'. Big companies are not immune from making mistakes-- neither little mistakes, nor enormous ones.
