Is my mail correct?
Hi John,
I am writing this mail from bottom of my heart to tell you a big thanks. I had a privilege to work under your leadership for 5yrs.
You are indeed an inspiration for me. I never forget the words that you said during one of our employee meeting. You said,
"manager is not just monitoring the employees, marking their attendance and approving their leaves. But it is all about inspiring the team members".
You are a true inspirer. I was part of many monthly review meetings. I really used to eagerly wait for every MRM to listen to your words which you used to
tell about the work as well as life. I am really glad that I was part of those MRMs and learnt many things.
I am indeed looking forward to work under your leadership in future if I get a chance.
