1 My card is/has expired.
Can you say : PROCESS DEMANDS
2 You have the authority to rescind my demands but you can't authorize them. I need you to process my demands now.

alc24 IS or HAS 1 My card is/has expired. They're both correct. The first is "to be" plus adjective; the second is present perfect tense.
