Can I write this sentence "I can only love a chocolate after my eating process is done" like this: I can only love a chocolate after my eating process being done?

No. "after" doesn't take a non-finite construction like that.

It seems to me that the only prepositions which can take that kind of construction are 'with' and 'without'.

1a) April and October are by far the two best months in Kentucky, with April being my favorite.
1b) All of the children won an award, with Peter winning the most.

2a) Nominees for an honour are usually contacted by Downing Street well in advance so that they are able to reject the offer without the information being made public.
2b) I was able to play the game for hours without the battery going out.

Of these, those in category 1 above are considered stylistically weak and should be replaced by an alternate wording in formal writing.
