Is been or has been
Dear members,
I am bit confused about the use of 'is been' and 'has been'. I hope both are not used in same context.
Request if you can provide more clarity on usage of both.

"is been" is always incorrect. "has been" is the third-person present perfect tense of "be". For example, "She has been here all day".
