I decided to take courses in Journalism and Dramatics.
My aunt goes East each winter to visit her sister.

I was told to begin my letter with, “My dear Sir.”
I ended it with, “Very truly yours.”
After Labour Day, I’ll be in university classes.

I see no need for commas in #4 and #5. Otherwise the punctuation looks OK.
