Is a part of a song, but I can' understand the meaning. Help me. (Song: Hear you me . Jimmy eat world)

1. "Hear you me my friends" is similar to say "Hear me my friends" What is the difference? I talk spanish, and I dont understand why reason the writer of the song put "you" after hear.
2. "May angels lead you in" how can I translate this to spanish. I don't find the sense. In spanish could be: " Pueden los angeles conducirte adentro"?
