2. And now, it is with great honour that, I introduce you to a man...

Don't use the second comma.

#1 is more formal and more traditional in this context.

And consider this.

You introduce Tom to me. Clive, this is Tom.

You introduce me to Tom. Tom, this is Clive.

The former is more in line with your meaning. (ie Audience, this is . . . )
