What is the difference between an interrogative pronoun and a question word.
I think the below is an interrogative pronoun.

Just guessing - "Why is the floor wet?" It's clearly not a pronoun. (It's an adverb, like where and when.)
(I'd say both your examples use "who" as an interrogative pronoun.)
