Hi
Please tell me what I can when it takes long time to log in to website.
(Today the internet is very slow.
Today internet signal strength is very weak.)

"Today the Internet is very slow" is correct. By original convention, "Internet" should be capitalised. "Today the Internet signal is very weak" (no need to say "strength") is correct English when talking about a wireless connection.

"Today the Internet signal is very weak" (no need to say "strength") is correct English when talking about a wireless connection. However, I think people would often just say "the signal is very weak" (if obvious what they are talking about), or if on a Wi-Fi network or similar,
