Soheil - in the time it takes you to write a question, you could easily have looked up the meaning of the word "incarcerated" in a dictionary. Day in and day out, you seem unwilling to perform this simple task. I don't mind answering your more complicated questions, but serving as your human dictionary is not exactly why I volunteer my time here.

You did not ask about "confine", you asked about "incarcerated," and incarcerate means to "imprison."

Being confined is like being limited or restricted to. The term itself doesn't mean being imprisoned. However, it's acceptable, if you say that the convict is confined to the prison.
