Hi,
I have trouble putting the word 'in' sentential situations like this.
The key to it is the way in which it can be achieved.
Why not this?
The key to it is the way which it can be achieved.
I think you can say:
It can be achieved this way or in this way.
I see the word 'in' missing sometimes when the word 'way' is used; but mostly the word 'in' seems to be present when it is used.
