Company A might have breached the Act.

Company A might may breached the Act.

Company A is in breach of the Act.

Company A has breached the Act?

I am not sure which one is correct:

Company A might have breached the Act. states a past possibility

Company A might may breached the Act. incorrect

Company A is in breach of the Act. just states a present fact
