Could I say the structure is: I will stay (and will) be sure of that?

It is poorly punctuated and hence hard to read. e. you can be sure that I will stay.

It is poorly punctuated and hence hard to read. Apparently it means "I'll stay, you can be sure of that!", i.e. you can be sure that I will stay. Some kind of punctuation is needed between "stay" and "be".
"since years" is wrong (should be "for years").
