If I don’t help her she will be sitting here all Day

Hello

I am wondering about the tenses:

Context:

My little sister is doing her homework. I am starting to help her. My mom comes in and asks me why I am helping her.

I tell my mom:

If I don’t help her, she will be sitting here all day doing her homework.

Is it okay to use the future continuous like that?
