(1)If he were here,he would go with us. (when are we saying that, something happens in the past,present,or future?)
why it should appear as were instead of was here?
Doesn't he refer to a singular?
(2) If managed properly, they are the basis for competitive advantages.
why not manage should be used here?
(3) If I had a rope, We could able to escape from the hole.( imply past ?)
If I have a rope, We could able to escape from the hole. (implies present ?)
Does it after the word of 'if'...we should use the past tense and the sentence implies the past?
