I saw very beautifl a girl?
Please look at the following once again. (I raised it once before for another issue)
"Very few candidates for the position of vice president show as impressive a list of qualifications as Ms.Rohoda Stern from accounting"
Why did the writer write as "impressive a list of qualifications",not " a impressive list of qualifications"?
Can I not write " as a impressive list of qualifications"? Since "as" is an adverb, I can't put "article" there. That's why its order is changed,isn't it?
Does it means I can sometimes express like this?
I saw very beautiful a girl. (isn't it okay?) or can I write like that in only comparative sentences like "as"?

Thank you for your answer.Then, did you mean that I can write like that "as beautiful a girl" only in comparative expressions with "as"? eg) I saw a very beautiful girl. eg) I could accidentally see as beautiful a girl as if I watch a Hollywood star on TV.
