I need your suggestions.
Hello Everyone:
I have to write a proposal and I really need your help. I work for a small City in Dakota and we are in the process of revitalizing our City's downtown. I think one of the thing we should address is to have activities in downtown. I wanted to write a proposal for having different activities each month in order to attract people to come, to hang out, eat, and shop in the City's downtown. However, I don't know how to start with the proposal, or how should I write. Can everyone please help me with it? Your ideas and suggestions are greatly appreciate.

Start with an executive overview... less than 1 page in length. Then go on to discuss the problem you are attacking, your methodology in reaching your conclusions, your preferred solution, alternative solutions.
