i need to refuse the job i've got already...

I am writing to inform you that I have to decline the job opportunity which you kindly offered to me.

In September I finished a course of PhD studies, and recently I have been working on my dissertation. I accepted your job offer being sure that I am able to finish writing my thesis before starting the work in your Company. However, because of my difficult personal situation I was not able to manage this in such short time. I was hoping that I could work on it being in and working for you at the same time; nevertheless I discussed this with my mentor and she did not accept my solution to this problem.

Due to my professor refusal I cannot relocate to and start the work for your Company, as we previously set it up.

I am very sorry of putting you into this unconformable position.

I thank you for the opportunity provided for me and I wish the company a continued success in the future undertakings.
