I NEED HELP WITH THIS SENTENCE.

What doe this sentene mean?

With the vast majority of OCD spike themes the unreasonable and irrational nature of the spike is generally obvious.

(Spike = intrusive thought, doubt)

Would someone explain this sentence to the ordinary speech? A little easier.
Would someon translate this sentence to make it easier to understand.

I still need help, unfortunately.

I understand the term spike.

But I do not understand the true meaning of the foregoing sentence.

Does this sentence:

With the vast majority of OCD spike themes the unreasonable and irrational nature of the spike is generally obvious.

maybe, mean:
There are a lot of OCD themes that are easily recognizable.

It obvious what is unreasonable/irrational about most of these spikes.
