I need help explaining this to the judge

On 06/10/2008 I was convicted of PC 12316 (B)(1)F. Originally the sheriffs
came for a stolen plasma cutter which I purchased from a flea market then sold
online from my business I have on eBay of general merchandise. During the search
they found live ammunition and a box of gun parts. I understand now in calif
firearms only need a frame to qualify as firearms. When I went to court we
fought this for 2 years. The plasma cutter had been stolen from a college in
which had no serial numbers to prove it was theirs nor receipts. The only serial
numbers they had was the ones I advertised on the add. They said their plasma
cutter was the only one in the world like it. They said they changed this cutter
to their specifications internally and that this cutter was worth quite a bit of
money. I did research on it it was like any other plasma cutter. Now if i
understand right if they modified this machine in even the smallest way that
voids any warranty and reduces it market value. Nonetheless to make a long story
short I pleaded out on the live ammunition charge.

Fast forward to probation now which is 2010 the first few months the police
came and conducted probationary searches which had nothing to do with my
probation conviction. These police were always looking for controlled
substances. Hence nothing was ever obtained.The police also showed up looking
for other people they suspected might be at my dwelling which also turned into a
probationary search which was 3 more times.

fast forward to 05/28/2011 The sheriffs take my new car I just purchased and
brought home from a tow yard and a truck of mine loaded with garbage that
usually sits in my driveway. I have been maintaining my home and property up to
standards with the housing association. I have been remodeling the house because
it was out dated. In a nutshell I have been doing what is required of me to be a
law abiding citizen.

Fast forward to 6/01/2011. The police come again 15 deep ransack my dwelling
once again but this time they find controlled substance 1 gram of meth in a
females jacket pocket. Also they have myself and some friends handcuffed
outside. I nor anyone else was able to see the search going on inside which
constituted of 4 sheriffs and the rest of the sheriffs are outside. The sheriffs
that came were known as a narcotic task force. I am again stating I am on
probation for live ammunition.My probation clause says nothing about drugs. Lets
say some felons are trying to work off a case and because of my history of being
arrested for in 1999 for drugs one of these felons throws my name is there. What
constitutes a felon telling lies give them the right to come search for drugs?.
I am just guessing of how this came about. I understand that changing company of
the people you keep as company is very important of the community eyes as well.
I am just saying I know what is required to be a law abiding citizen.

Now I am arrested for a probation violation. The police tell me I am looking
at a year. I am now petrified thinking what am i going to do? I own my house I
have house payments I have my online business and I have animals that need my
attention and these police want to put me in custody for something I haven't
done. Now mind you I haven't had a spot clean history when I was younger but
people can change. My past of my younger years make it look like I am guilty. I
AM NOT GUILTY.

So to make things even worse I tell the police I will work for them and end
up getting out of jail. They tell me I have one week to give them something. I
know in my mind I am definitely not going to give them anything. I am using this
time to figure out how I am going to beat this violation and stop this
harassment. Only problem is I had to sign a contract admitting guilt to this
probation if I back out of the deal. This is so important to me to really stop
all this unnecessary harassment.

The conclusion of all of this is how can you stop this is the only way I know
is have them fingerprint the bag? Or unreasonable capricious probation searches
which I hardly stand a chance. I am so frazzled at what to do right now. I want
to make a difference in society not only for myself but all the others that get
railroaded into a crime they didn't do. I am very avid about putting my life on
the line to stop this police conduct but where do I start? How do I get out of
this contract with the police I made? What can happen to me?

Where is it that we start being responsible and see the good results of those
efforts? Where is it that we end the irresponsibility of the unjust authorities
figures that we call our judicial system?
