I lost my gloves which

I lost my gloves which my sister had bought me only the previous day.

I think "my" should be "the" or something because there is no comma before "which." Is it OK to use "my gloves" before restrictive relative pronoun "which"?

No. It sounds bad. Or rather, it looks bad. Sometimes you'll see these constructions in print without the comma, but there should be a comma.

I found an example like this recently:

I also threw out my lemon squeezer which had stood proudly in my kitchen.

It's missing the comma before 'which'.

The same sentence with 'the' instead of 'my' is OK without the comma.
