Hi, I've got a question concerning Present Perfect. I'm wondering what informations can I get from hearing/reading sentence:
"I have lived in New York".

This would probably be more useful if you compared it to other possible tenses. As a stand-alone sentence, it only indicates to me that the person lived in New York in the past on at least one occasion, and probably does not live there now.
