I have got to go
Hello,
I think that what I just heard's ridiculous, so I will share it with you. I was told that:
- I have got to go now - sounds perfectly fine. Yes, it does.
- I've got to go now - sounds somewhat odd. Really? It sounds odd? I've heard so, so many people say that.
- I have to go now - The same person said that sounded odd to him as well. I realize that "have got" could add an element of urgency, but I don't think that "I have to go now" sounds odd. Not one bit.
What do you think?

I don't necessarily see a sense of urgency in any of them. Adding the word really or do would accomplish that. Using any with got is casual and should not be used in formal situations.

All of the options are very common. None of them sounds odd to me.
