I have been forgetful these days.

Hi everyone,

I saw the sentence "I have been forgetful these days." in a video. Could you please tell me if we say "I have been scatter-brained these days." or "I have been absent-minded these days.", do we get a similar meaning?

" in a video. ", do we get a similar meaning? You get a similar meaning, but as you probably already know, not exactly the same meaning.
