Hi everyone,I saw the sentence "I have been forgetful these days." in a video. Could you please tell me if we say "I have been scatter-brained these days." or "I have been absent-minded these days.", do we get a similar meaning?

You get a similar meaning, but as you probably already know, not exactly the same meaning.

'forgetful' is the most neutral.
'absent-minded' implies being distracted, I'd say, and often it's about trivial matters. A familiar word group is "absent-minded professor".
'scatter-brained' implies being unable to focus on one thought at a time, I'd say, flitting from one idea to another with little or no connection between thoughts. It might not even involve forgetting.
