Is the following sentence correct?

Also despise, abhor, detest are strong.

But you do need some form of punctuation after the second "you."

despise, abhor, detest are also strong.

Is my way also correct?

No, no, hate is a soft word to stand for my feelings. loathe would be more appropriate word to use here.
