I don't understand this rap song

Hi, currently I'm into the english in songs (rap/rock/pop, etc), due to the fact it plays a big part when it come to making friends. And I'm the kind utterly slow when it come to social matters. So can anyone please help me to understand these, I just need to know what they mean.

This is 'Deuces' from Acochen. The opening song in Babylon A.D.

"Deuce is wild, this is pitty pat, two-two with the triple fat goose"

Let's say I just came back across the galaxy, I'm in total feat in between these lines. Can anyone just translate for me? I know Big Deuce is a card game; Deuce is wild, so the current game had gone wild? pitty pat? What is pat to do in a card game? or bet? two-two I took the meaning as he had a pair of two in his hand? Triple fat goose what is this, is he refering to something else??
