I heard this title line in the movie Friends. Does it mean "I am not a gay now"? How come? Thanks.

It's impossible to tell without context what was meant. It could mean "I understand now. I have it straight now.

It's impossible to tell without context what was meant. It could mean "I understand now. I have it straight now. I get it." Since people cannot change their sexual orientation, unless they were, for some reason, pretending to be one or the other, saying "I'm no longer gay" doesn't make much sense.
