While I was preparing for the final test on next Tuesday, I ran into problems with making sentences. I am not sure about the choice of words in parenthesises.
1.'Rhetoric' is the art of persuasion. The goal of persuasion is to change other's point of view (and?/or?) to make others (to?) take action.
2. An expository paragraph is written specifically to report or explain facts, events (and?/or?) ideas rather than narrate a story or describe a scene.
3. Critical thinking has been described as "reasonable reflective thinking focused on deciding what to believe (and?/or?) do.
These three sentences are making me confused. Please help me!
