"Please find attached my resume ...." "Please find in the following ... "

I was told that it is 'bad English' to start a correspondence or email with:

"Please find attached my resume / application for the position of xxxx"
or "Please find in the following...."

Are they really grammatically wrong? How should we say it correctly then?

What about "Please find my resume in the attachment for your perusal"?

I have also seen people saying "Attached is my resume / application ....", but that does not sound polite enough to me.

Thank you.
