I mean "How is your appearance" by "How you look alike"?

Also, I wonder if I can also say "How you dress alike?"

You have the wrong understandig of the word 'alike'. It ivolves two things.

eg Tom and John look alike = They resemble each other

You are probably thinking of the word 'like'.

eg Who does Tom look like? He looks like John.

eg What does Tom look like? He is tall, and has black hair.

"Tell me what you look like so that I can identify you easily when I meet you for the first time".
