How would you correct this sentence??

Hi everyone. So I have to write a business letter (it's only my homework) & I'm having trouble correcting this sentence (I feel like I'm using the tenses wrong) I have already asked some ppl to correct it for me but I'm still not sure about their answers. Hope you can correct it for me:

"In addition to that, could you possibly make a reservation at a hotel for me? (any hotel that IS nearby WOULD be perfect)"

Thanks in advance for the help!!!
