How to write the source of my own figure/table?

Hello. In Brazilian journals, we have to write the source of every figure and table that we put in a paper, including those we designed ourselves. Generally, in Portuguese we show that the figure or table is ours writing in the following manners:

a) Source: Designed by the author(s).
b) Source: The present author(s).

I am writing a paper for a Brazilian journal in English. What would be a good way to show that the figure/table is my own in this language? In addition to the two above, I have thought about the following options.

c) Source: Created by the author(s).
d) Source: The present paper.
e) Source: The present study.
