How to write "Official Letter?"
Hi,
I need your help to wirte a short official letter regarding to submit an application to get the certification.
The person in charge said, It doesn't need to wirte too many word. It is just form to show.
Because of it, it's going to be very short.
I'd like to express, I want to submit the application and get the certification easily (without a trouble)
( I just kiss up to the person who in charge . Is this correct expression ? XD)
Please give me some advice!

2. Do I need to wirte Our company address on the top of letter? I haven't seen any officail letter even in my mather tongue! If there is any foam of officail, please let me know. Please~
