Dear teachers, which is the correct use of so, too, neither and either in these examples:

1A: I have no money.
1B1: So do I / I do, too / Me, too
1B2: Neither do I / I don't either

2A: I don't have (any) money
2B1: So do I / I do, too / Me, too
2B2: Neither do I / I don't either

3A: I have never been here before.
3B1: So have I / I have, too / Me, too
3B2: Neither have I / I haven't either

4A: I haven't been here before.
4B1: So have I / I have, too / Me, too
4B2: Neither have I / I haven't either

Can you also tell me which form is correct when have is not auxiliary verb and means to possess?
Example:

5A: I have a car.
5B1: So I have / I have, too /
5B2: So I do / I do, too
