How to say a date correctly
I have read a lot of posts on this forum regarding this subject, but still not clear if I have to use cardinal or ordinal number when saying a date. For example: Do I have to say My birthday is April 23rd or April 23? I seemed to get an impression that in speaking ordinal number is to be used and in writing cardinal number is prefered. Please confirm.
Top answer
I think is "April 23rd "
