How to respond to "we must talk"
Scene: Returned from holiday, a colleague met me in the corrider after a conference. Then I was with another group of people, and I was very busy, and was heading for my office. We have some unfinished thing to be continued with before the holiday.
I said: Hello **,
She said ”hello **, we must talk."
I answered “ok",
and still walked very fast and passed her.
I think I behaved very rudely, but I don't know what I was supposed to answer?

You should have said something like that to show that you understood her need.
