How to euphemistically express defect?
Hi, guys. First thank you for all help in advance.
My question is How to euphemistically express defect?
To be exactly, a friend sent me a gadget which was made by himself, manually.
While I think it's really cool and like it very much, I do think there are some defects and would like to tell him so that he can improve it.

would be kind of tough?
So how can I express this to him euphemistically, in a softer way?
